3 days after fast
and not only I didn’t gain weight back I still lost some!(-12pounds since 16/05)
All juice fasters out there, remember that what you eat AFTER the fast can be more important than the actual fast!
Not all positive tho…due to my lack of “visits to the toilet” these last two weeks, my tummy has said enough and today I’m in excruciating pain :(
I’m incredibly tempted to try and be in the crowd outside the BAFTA’s on sunday.
I’m in London anyway..
One years progress.
Its not a lot, but when I saw the picture on left, I realized that I actually have come pretty far. Maybe the numbers on the scale aren’t as low as I would like, maybe I’m not a size 2, and I definitely don’t have a thigh gap or 6 pack abs. BUT I can run three miles without stopping, I can hold a plank for 2 minutes, my body can do SO much more than I realized it was capable. Most of all I feel so much better, and isn’t that what really matters?
